The PFS Surrogacy/Egg Donation Guarantee will refund to you all program fees* if, at the end of 27 months, a child has not been born or the surrogate is not pregnant. PFS will repeat the process in India, cycle after cycle, for up to 27 months, for the pre-established, fixed fee. Unlike other guarantee programs, the PFS Surrogacy/Egg Donation Guarantee allows you the ability to stay as far from the process as desired, giving you a chance to continue “living” your lives, without becoming emotionally or physically overwhelmed by the day-to-day details of the process. Unless you choose to receive periodic updates, we will only inform you of a successful implantation (not the many unsuccessful tries which often precede pregnancy). There is no need not know when every injection, procedure or appointment is taking place for the Indian surrogate, and there is no need to stress over each attempt at implantation, wondering if this will be the one that “takes”.

In order to qualify for the PFS Surrogacy / Egg Donation Guarantee:

• The father’s sperm will undergo appropriate testing to ensure that there are no issues or problems which would decrease the chances for fertilization or gestation of a healthy child, and the father must be willing and able to give as many samples as needed.


• You will select at least 3 egg donors from our pre-screened American and Indian donors. We will work with the donors in your order of preference, as long as they are available. We reserve the right to work with any of the selected donors at any time during the 27 months to ensure you had at least 3 live attempts with 3 different donors.

* The refund will only be available to individuals or couples who meet the program requirements. If applicable, the refund will not include the fees for obtaining, analyzing, testing, freezing and shipping the father’s sperm - all of which must be paid for before commencing the program.
