Mendel Zilberberg, Esq., Chairman and Founder
Chairman and Founder Mendel Zilberberg, Esq., is a successful entrepreneur and attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of law, business, banking, insurance, real estate and healthcare.
Mr. Zilberberg created Global Strategic Staffing Solutions to help provide a solution to the growing nursing shortage in the United States. Mr. Zilberberg was further motivated to help parents-in-waiting to create the families they dreamed of by making gestational surrogacy affordable through the creation of Proactive Family Solutions. An advocate of medical travel for millions of uninsured Americans as well as corporations seeking to provide better and more affordable healthcare options for their employees, Mr. Zilberberg’s experiences in India informed his desire to bring U.S. patients to India’s world-class hospitals for affordable clinical treatment through BestMed Journeys.
Prior to establishing One World United, LLC , Mr. Zilberberg created several businesses, including his own law practice, Mendel Zilberberg & Associates P.C., based in Brooklyn, where his work with health care clients who sought nurses abroad was the original impetus for OWU. Martindale-Hubbell, the highly-acclaimed legal peer review board, recently recognized Zilberberg’s vision, work ethic and high standards awarding him an AV® rating, a ranking proclaiming him at the highest level of professional excellence.
Mr. Zilberberg graduated cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994. |

Vinod Sankaran, Senior Vice President Operations (Asia)
Senior Vice President of Operations Vinod Sankaran brings his extensive experience and achievements as a financial and business analyst to One World United, LLC, as well as his international background as a native of India.
Previously, Mr. Sankaran served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Sprint, where he was honored with the 2005 Sprint Excellence Award and earned the distinction of Most Effective Employee.
Mr. Sankaran holds masters degrees in Quantitative Finance and Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University. |

Paula Rowland, Senior Vice President Operations (USA)
A noted marketing leader with more than 20 years experience and a devoted registered nurse, Paula Rowland oversees all marketing services and brand initiatives as chief marketing officer for One World United, LLC and its healthcare solution divisions and subsidiaries.
Joining the organization in 2008, Ms. Rowland most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Prime Retail, one of the country’s largest developers of outlet shopping centers in the United States. Earlier in her career she held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Lightstone Group.
With experience in areas including business integration, strategic planning, human resources management, and healthcare, Ms. Rowland was previously employed by the New Jersey Press and provided consulting to Honda America, Panasonic, Kamenstein Products, Marcal Paper Mills, Ahold USA, Usui International and Cahners Business Information. Rowland’s commitment to hospitality has its roots in her years with Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. Ms. Rowland is a registered nurse and attended Monmouth University. |

Rajesh Subramanian, Head of Operations, PFS
Rajesh Subramanian serves as Head of Operations for PFS, overseeing all of the company’s India-based operations.
He previously served at SilkRoad, a trade consulting firm providing services in negotiations, contracts, sales, procurement, translations and documentation in India.
Studying medicine at Bombay University, Subramanian earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Subramanian was introduced to a variety of medical systems and practices through additional studies at MGM Medical College in India, Fatima College in the West Indies (British system) and the American School/International School in the Philippines. |

Paulino J. Salazar – Legal Counsel, USA
Mr. Salazar graduated magna cum laude with a dual degree in law and political science from the Catholic University of Panama, and earned an advanced law degree (an LLM) from Columbia University’s School of Law in New York. He was awarded Columbia University’s Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar Award for superior academic achievement. Mr. Salazar is a successful attorney with many years of experience in the areas of law, business, insurance, real estate and healthcare. |

Vinay V. Menon – Legal Counsel, India
Vinay Menon brings to GS3 India more than 14 years of varied experience in labor and industrial law, consumer law, general civil litigation, and medico-legal law. Since 1994, he has been the managing proprietor of his own legal practice of Menon & Associates. He obtained a degree in commerce , followed by his law degree in 1993, at the University of Bombay. As counsel to GS3 India, he will draft and review all legal and commercial documents, ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws, and provide legal advice to other departments. |

Vivian Ostrov – MSW Marketing/Consultant
Vivian Ostrov comes to OWU with 25 years of supervisory/clinical experience in the fields of social work and mental health. She has served as head of social services in a health care facility, a team leader and supervisor for teachers, clinicians and social work staff, a liaison with public and private institutions, social worker and consultant for schools, dean of student and program coordinator and as a psychotherapist who has worked with a wide variety of patients. She is attuned to patients, administrators and officials alike and knows how to market the benefits of any. In additional to having earned her B.A. from Brooklyn College and her M.S.W from Yeshiva University, Ms. Ostrov is a Licensed Clinical Social Worked in New York state and holds an “R” License from the N.Y. State Board of Social Work. Ms. Ostrov’s practical experience in many administrative roles, for a variety of both public and private institutions, along with her clinical expertise will prove invaluable to OWU in its marketing campaigns. |
