IVF and Surrogacy Programs in India

IVF/ICSI & Surrogacy in India can solve many of the problems U.S. couples face.

The cost of IVF and surrogacy is lower

	All sperm will be tested for viability before being used to fertilize eggs. All surrogacy programs use the latest IVF techniques for: • Fertilizing the egg • Implanting viable embryos in Indian surrogates * When a child is born, the time to arrange the U.S. passport and return travel to the U.S. is generally less than a month.
All travel arrangements to, from, and within India (including transportation, lodging, meals and laundry) will be taken care of by PFS’ Indian affiliate, BestMed Journeys.

Your Child’s Citizenship**

Your child will automatically be an American citizen from birth, regardless of his/her birthplace. Even children born with the help of a foreign surrogate birthmother will still be given American citizenship. Having at least one American parent (only 1 set of American genes is needed) gives the child that right!

Proactive Family Solutions will take care of processing all of your legal paperwork surrounding your child’s birth and citizenship. Accordingly, both a birth certificate and passport will be issued to your child.
